Anyone else experiencing this issue? I am unable to make updates to projects, tasks and issues. Landing pops up for a second and then disappears. Susan

this is happening in both environments and people have noted that clearing cookies and cache can help... but if it doesn't help (and in some cases it hasn't) you might want to submit a ticket. -skye

Hello All, My name is Adam Millet and I am a WF Support Engineer. Clearing cache and cookies (for all time) is resolving the majority of reported cases. We are still getting a few reports of edge cases where clearing browser cache and cookies (for all time) iis not resolving the blank updates screen. IF this is the case for your users please open a Support case and provide the below information to help us troubleshoot this issue. -Link to an object where the Updates are blank -Name of the users experiencing the issue Thanks, Adam Millet

Hello All, Our Development Team is looking into the few edge cases where clearing cache and cookies is not resolving the blank updates tab. Sorry to mention @Adam Millet , best to bring this into attention to Workfront development team. But alo has the problem with Portfolio Optimisation in Microsoft Edge, I can say almost everytime once we refresh pages. Else it shows as blank many times even clearing cache or history, which is frustrating and time taken. I have a ticket before but I believe it needs to be fixed from browser point of view.
