Hello Beta Group! My name is Brooke and I am a User Experience Designer with Workfront. I am currently looking for user's to participate in a few quick navigation studies. These studies are used to understand user behavior and to gain valuable insights into future design decisions. These tests are only to help us learn and are not testing you or your abilities--there are no wrong or right answers. The 4 links below will take you to a quick interface test that will take about 1-2 minutes each. We appreciate your help and involvement in this group. Hi Brooke, I've submitted responses to each of the questions. I must say that as a 3-year Workfront user, I found the interface dramatically different and a bit confusing. I'm sure that a lot of it is just a lack of familiarity and I'd just need to get used to it. However, some additional feedback if I may! I kept thinking "Where has the Projects tab gone?". Sure, there's a Portfolio button, but am not sure if that is the way to get there.... It looks like you're moving to a tabbed layout of open windows in Workfront. I presume that these multiple tabs will sit in a single browser tab? This would be as opposed to the existing user interface, where I have loads of browser tabs open for different screens/projects in WF. My thought is that we would lose some vertical real estate by adding a row of tabs within a single browser tab. Is this the design, and what is the expected benefit? Cheers, David David Cornwell

David & Brooke, I've mentioned this frequently to the new UI team and have requested that when they make this change that they train our 400+ team members (soon to be 5,000) on the new interface. I'm a system admin, web designer, technologist, and it completely threw me for a loop as it's such a drastic change and I don't even know if my custom interfaces will work in the new way. Brooke, I've sent the links out to our team so hopefully you'll get a varied response as our team has both veterans of Workfront and new team members.
