How do you switch between beta and production?

Previously, when using beta it seemed there was a 'go to legacy home' button. I can't seem to find something similar for the new experience. As we experience issues, we need to be able to work around and switch back if beta isnt working. This can't be restricted to just admin enroll/unenroll right?

Hi Christina, That's what I'm seeing. The only place to enroll/unenroll users is a tab on the setup menu. I imagine they'll add that later, once it gets to production. Thanks, Saher Almaita

Hi Christina, My name is Alex Barker, I am a User Experience designer here at Workfront. Right now admins are the only ones who can opt users in/out of the new experience. We are currently working on designs that would allow users to opt themselves in/out of the new experience. Alex, I removed one of our project managers from the enrolled users list because they were getting "An error has occurred and we are working to resolve the issue. To continue with your work, try refreshing this browser page." for every page she she tried to open. She refreshed several times to no avail. I've even logged in as her and had the error message on everything I clicked on. How long does she have to wait before Workfront reverts to the legacy view? She's closed out of her browser completely right now, but she needs to get back in to manage some high priority projects today. Will it change back in 30 minute, an hour, tomorrow? Hi Jared, If you have removed this user from the new experience in the setup page, then you should be able to have your user type the logout URL in their browser. https://yourdomain.my.workfront/logout Otherwise clearing the browser cookies or using a different browser should also work. If that still doesn't resolve your problem, please reach out to Support as they can help troubleshoot this and collect more information. Otherwise, I will pass this along to Support to collect more details to make sure we resolve this specific issue. Thanks, Josh Boston Workfront
