Thank you for your participation in the Workfront Scenario Planner Beta Program. This program started in March 2020 for a few customers and expanded to most of you in the Summer 2020. Over these past 10 months, we have received very valuable feedback that has directly helped shape the current Scenario Planner and our future roadmap.
Yesterday, we completed our last beta meeting. You can find the meeting recording and notes from this meeting in the Workfront One Scenario Planner private beta community group.
As mentioned in the meeting, we have a few research opportunities we would love to hear your feedback on related to Job Contouring and the new Requests area. Please use the links to sign up for a time that works best for you.
As a reminder, at the end of December we will be removing your beta access unless you have purchased Scenario Planner. Please reach out to your Workfront Account Team if you would like to continue your access in 2021 by completing a sales order.
We encourage you to continue to use the Workfront One Scenario Planner release page to stay informed on the latest capabilities releasing to Scenario Planner as this will include demo videos of the latest functionality. If you have feedback on the Scenario Planner, please continue to use the in application feedback button or feel free to share your thoughts and questions in the main Scenario Planner community group. Although we will be archiving the private beta community group in 2021, never fear! We will automatically add you to the main Scenario Planner group where we hope you’ll continue to connect with each other‚Äîand with us‚Äîto share your learning and questions as your use of Scenario Planner grows. As a product team, we are committed to participating in this group and will be jumping in to answer questions and work with you to continue to expand and improve Scenario Planner.
Again, your participation has been extremely valuable throughout the development of this new product and we will be continuing to keep each of you on our lists for involvement in future Workfront product beta programs.
