Hi Sue, In the Workfront system settings preferences, you can designate a custom help URL. It looks like someone has done so on your instance, but the URL they put in no longer exists. If you are a system admin for your instance, go to the setup area, then system, then preferences. See what the value is in ' Custom Help URL '. If necessary, update it to the appropriate URL, or leave it blank to use the Workfront default. Sean
