Hi Sue, In the Workfront system settings preferences, you can designate a custom help URL. It looks like someone has done so on your instance, but the URL they put in no longer exists. If you are a system admin for your instance, go to the setup area, then system, then preferences. See what the value is in ' Custom Help URL '. If necessary, update it to the appropriate URL, or leave it blank to use the Workfront default. Sean

I also get this error when using the link from the new User Experience. It was definitely not changed by anyone within my instance, and leads to the same broken destination the Sue posted. EDIT: After trying the recommended fix I can report that my instance was blank, and that the broken link persists. I cannot find a solution at this time. The default link I would like to restore is this one: https://experience.workfront.com/s/ Justin White Quality Bicycle Products
