Group-Admin Ability to Enroll Users in New Experience

Hi Community, I've searched in the Idea Exchange and throughout community and haven't found anything regarding this. Has anyone seen, heard, or talked about needing to provide Group-Admins the ability to enroll users into the new experience? Only Full System Administrators have the ability to enroll users. Thanks!
