Favorites

It looks like there are multiple changes in favorites. 1) Sorting, the sorting is random. Previously it was alphabetical 2) Instead of a list of all, you have to continue to hit (view more) - not a huge deal, just not as clean. 3) No Recent Items The documentation indicates recent items should still be listed in favorites. We too use Recent Items all the time. I finally found them by clicking on the magnifying glass. Not where they used to be but at least I found them. Michelle Bowden Fiserv ETG

Thanks Michelle, that is helpful to know. This help article : Viewing Recent Items in the new Workfront experience indicates that recent items should still be located in the favorites. I've reported this (through help at the moment, not as a ticket). Patricia Greene JLL

I'm also missing the easy access to recent items with favorites and that they would populate in the search bar. This is really slowing us down and is definitely not an improvement. Barb Pilarski Pittsburgh Penguins

Yes, pre-populating search with recent items was nice. I'd also like it if they bring favourites and recent items back together again. David Cornwell

Agree with everyone on this thread. 1) "Recent" and "Favorites" should be together, not separated. Is there any way for them to be in both places? Basically display "Recent" with "Search", but also with "Favorites". 2) "Favorites" should be alphabetized. 3) It would be nice if we didn't have to take the extra step of clicking "View x More" to see all of our favorites. Production currently shows everything in the favorites list expanded, it would be nice if they kept it that way in NWE. Especially since one of the goals was to reduce clicks. 🙂 Admin Kelly-Wehrmann SSFCU
