Can a 'Sort' option be added to the favorites section? Classic alphabetizes whereas NWE seems to have no order making it difficult to find what you are looking for. Alphabetizing could help immensely here. Also, 'recent items' is an option under favorites in Classic, in NWE it is under the magnifying glass. This tool is used almost always when I am in favorites and is much more user-friendly in the Classic version. In NWE, there is much more unnecessary back and forth.

Totally agree...please bring Favourites and Recent items back together, and sort Favourites alphabetically. Sorting recent items chronologically (most recent first) makes sense to me. David Cornwell

I don't mind so much the Favorites and Recents being separate, it's just a learning curve for me to remember where the Recents are. My much bigger issue is that I'm finding the Recents VERY unreliable. I completed a task just 15 minutes ago, I was in both the task and the project it sits in and I don't see either in my list of Recents. In a somewhat related issue, that task was due today, but not showing on my timesheet either. Luckily I had created a dashboard for someone with a "Tasks I've Completed Today" report on it and was able to relatively easily get back to that task when I remembered I hadn't logged my time.
