I have noticed this too. When I go back to a project, the last update that I entered is sitting in the update window as if I did not click the update button to complete/send it. However, I notice that the update is sitting further down in the window showing as a sent/completed update. I think it has been doing this for a week or two? I have started to ignore it, but it is a bit unsettling ... appearing as if you have not completed updates. And there appears to be no way to get rid of it, no 'x' to close the window. Just highlight and delete the text. Julie Lang

@Eric Decker , does what you"re experiencing look like the image attached? I"m having this problem across the board. It hasn"t been a HUGE deal, but just annoying. At first I would think, "did my message not post?", but thankfully it did. @Julie Lang , in my case, you"re right, there is no "x" to close out of the issue, but I usually just click "Cancel" and that is a single-step solution to get rid of it. Thanks for linking to the other thread, @Skye Hansen ! Brandon Hamm Bravo Group0690z000007Zh0aAAC.png

Hello! I do not have the problem you mentioned. But I have another - out of my sight - more serious problem with the updates. If I write a comment on a task no one of my colleagues can reply to it. I myself am able to reply. I have already created a ticket 00179728 but you should check that in your instances as it can be very frustrating for colleagues and customers if the type the comment, click on "reply" and then the message disappears. NWE and Classic is the same experience. Best, Stephan Stephan Siller

Just to let you know. My ticket has been answered: Thank you for contacting us providing the video.
We are aware about this behavior and it has been brought to our development team's attention.
A fix for this will be implemented shortly.

Currently, the workaround is to post new updates rather than replying to threads.

We apologize for the inconvenience.

I will update the ticket as soon as I have more info about this. Stephan Siller

Looks like the Workfront Team has already made a hot fix. My ticket has not been answered yet, but it worked on my last test. Stephan Siller

Great to hear they have a hot fix for your issue. The errror I'm seeing isn't quite what you all have been talking about. I'll watch for it to occur again and when it does I'll video it. Eric Decker

I just found the situation again. I've attached a screen shot. Notice the comment has been saved but WF thinks it is still in draft mode and is showing it to me again. I'm not sure of the sequence of events to produce this issue but I'll try to pin it down. Eric Decker
