Can't scroll on templates & reports

Just yesterday I started experiencing an issue that I cannot scroll through the list of templates or reports. The window is frozen. Sue Johnson Project Manager RBC Wealth Management

we're not experiencing that over here. Have you tried deleting your browser cookies and cache yet? -skye

It has happened to me too several times. Usually I just need to refresh the page 1-2 times, then it loads properly. Adina Pierce

I am experiencing this as well on the templates page. I can even see and select a template that is halfway off the bottom of the screen but am unable to scroll to see it. The scroll bar on the right does not appear to be active, and the mouse wheel does not scroll either. I was able to see additional templates by zooming out in my browser. I tried clearing cache and cookies, refreshing multiple times, and even launched into Chrome's incognito mode, but the issue was not resolved. UPDATE: I am getting this same issue on the reports page as well. Taylor Jackson

I noticed this on the Templates list yesterday and submitted a ticket - the dev team is working on it

Same here! I had to exit the new experience and go to reports in classic. However, when I signed on from home with a different laptop, same browser, it worked just fine. I'm puzzled! Dr. Rochelle L. Clearing browsing data, refreshing and different browser are not working, but thanks for all the reminders. Like another user mentioned, have to go to classic to work on reports and templates. Sue Johnson Project Manager RBC Wealth Management

Same thing happened to me, and not only was I not able to scroll, but on my dashboard I have a chart and where before when I would be able to look at the isolated Item, but now it just takes me straight to the report and away from the page. Super annoying, bring that old feature back! Elizabeth Friedland

I haven't noticed things freezing in reports/dashboards, but I did notice that when I scroll in my projects overview (which is part of a custom dashboard), the two other reports that I pull in and the items in the main portion of the dashboard are rendered useless. I have a workaround, but it's not convenient. Take a look at the attached screenshot. Also, I've noticed, when editing reports, the window where filters are adjusted aren't large enough to display more than two filters. Took me a while to realize I could scroll to add more filters.
