Any Project Coordinators / Creative Traffic Folks Want to Meet Up?

Hi all! I'm really hoping to have some good chats with people in similar positions as myself. My creative team gets anywhere between 70 and 110 requests in a week and I am responsible for vetting all of them out and assigning to the team. Most of our work is very production heavy so a lot of our projects are fast turnarounds with multiple rounds of revisions (no cap) and very little heads up as to what is coming and when. I would love to pick your brains at LEAP and discuss how you effectively plan for an unpredictable queue and what do you do to keep designers from burning out while maintaining that fast turnaround? Oh my goodness, due to overwhelming popularity of this post (did not expect that at all) it makes the most sense to meet up during breakfast on Tuesday 5/1 in Ryman Hall.
