If the earlier implementation was working the way it was supposed to be then you don't need to change anything as you have just changed the friendly name of the s.campaign variable. You should get the old values as well.

Please check that a period (.) isn't added in the internal URL filter settings for the report suite. The most common reason for Traffic sources report to not populate is that the internal URL filter isn't defined.Go ahead and define your internal sites/domains therein, and the traffic sources report should populate.See this more info: Internal URL Filters Hope this helps! Thanks.

Hi Venkatesh, arob87 is correct, and would be the absolute first thing I'd do to troubleshoot this issue. Provide customer care with the IP ranges your organizations uses, and we can determine if logout sessions occur less frequently.

The visitorNamespace variable is used to identify the domain with which cookies are set. The value of visitorNamespace must be provided by Adobe and is a string of ASCII characters that don't contain commas, periods, spaces, or special characters.s.visitorNamespace="company_specific_value"For more information see - https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/sc/implement/visitorNamespace.htmlHope that helps.

Hi Venkatesh,Welcome to the Analytics Community! Can you tell me which client are you using to send the emails? If your email client supports HTML you could use the way outlined in this article - https://helpx.adobe.com/analytics/kb/sending-image-requests-emails.htmlI hope this helps.Tanmay
