Quickest Method of removing SAINT Classifications - Adobe Analytics 02-04-2017
Hi all, I wish to do a total overhaul of my SAINT classifications. Currently I am classifying page names so I would like to remove the page names and the classifications associated with them.I want to have the same structure across all 14 of my production suites. I am aware of the ~deletekey~ method by downloading the files and reuploading. the files. However, if I delete the classifications themselves as well as the respective hierarchies, will this remove all the values also? Just trying to se...

Re: File Downloads Reports now showing all files as unspecified - Adobe Analytics 14-03-2017
Saurabh Kumar wrote... Hello Stephen, Based on your inputs, it looks like that you have set up some custom logic for capturing link name. That custom logic is parsing file path. Depending upon your analytics set-up, custom logic may be located on file download link onclick attribute or tracking Javascript or Tag manager rule. Let me know if it helps and we can discuss further if needed. Regards, Saurabh Kumar. Thanks, this helps. I'm going to look into this a little further and provide more info...

Re: File Downloads Reports now showing all files as unspecified - Adobe Analytics 09-03-2017
Hi, Thanks for your reply. The files themselves resemble something along the lines of the following:https://s3.amazonaws.com/quick-start-guides/products/DVDPlayer.pdfI cannot give the direct link due to confidentiality requirements unfortunately. The links are hosted on Amazon S3 and the full link name used to show in the reports but this has now stopped working recently. They have been moved to a different folder in Amazon S3 and are now showing as unspecified. It should be a fairly simple fix b...

File Downloads Reports now showing all files as unspecified - Adobe Analytics 08-03-2017
Hi all, I've recently encountered an issue whereby all of the File download reports are showing as "Unspecified" We have change the host for these files recently but I thought the File Downloads report would pick up this regardless since the file format (PDF) is the same. What do I need to do to get the link names back? The number of download instances is appearing fine so no issues there.

Report Builder Not Pulling in Page Data - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Hi,I'm trying to use report builder to pull in information on 7 specific pages (with friendly page names) into my report. To get the specific pages, I'm going to a friendly page name report and using the Advanced Special Characters method of pulling out the specific pages and it's working fine on the site.I bookmark the report and then try to pull it into report builder but it's just returning a "None" value for page names and all metrics are showing as 0.I double checked the filtering in the re...

Re: SAINT Classification Issues - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Thanks Brian. I uploaded approxiamtely 4500 page names across 10 different categories on 14 production suites. Is there a rule of thumb when it comes to the ETA of SAINT uploads? Thanks again.

SAINT Classification Issues - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
I recently updated the classifications and classification hierarchies of my 14 production suites so that they would be aligned across the board. My site uses unique keys for each help page and I updated each of these with friendly page names. When uploading the files, I didn't receive a notification that there were any clashes (there were friendly page names for these keys previously, though not all of them were completed). Instead they uploaded successfully. Now the issue I'm having is that whe...

Re: Old Classifications Still Appearing - Adobe Analytics 15-10-2015
Just an update on this. So as some values were appearing in the incorrect categories, I went to the affected values in one marketplace and input ~empty~ to remove them. After about 7 hours there was no effect. Then, I said it would be best to remove everything and then re-upload the classifications correctly. When I use browser export to generate the classifications file, everything on there looks fine but it is not reflected in SiteCatalyst itself. Do I need to allow more time for this data to p...

Thank you, I'll go through my file again and double check everything but from the list, there is not much standing out right now.
