I’m trying to setup an event (button click) based rule for a my site in DTM.The button has the following;· Inner HTML - Next · Outer HTML - Next· CSS selector - button.cta:nth-child(1)I tried creating the rule based on the css selector (button.cta:nth-child(1)) & also without the CSS filter (button#trigger-step2), but neither option worked.Could someone please provide any guidance on what I’m doing wrong? Thanks!

Hi,I've created a daily reoccurring report via RB and would like to send it in a PDF format. Many of the recipients would be viewing this report/email on a mobile device, however when i test sending it/opening it via mobile no file is present. Seems I'm only able to open it via a desktop/laptop. Any ideas on how i could embed the report in an email or have a file present to open it.

Hi,2 part question:Currently, using s_getLoadTime() to get page load speeds, but when I'm looking at the raw value in my e.var I'm getting instances of negative values. Curious as to how this is possible or if anyone else has seen this?function s_getLoadTime(){if(!window.s_loadT){var b=new Date().getTime(),o=window.performance?performance.timing:0,a=o?o.requestStart:window.inHeadTS||0;s_loadT=a?Math.round((b-a)/100):''}return s_loadTWould it be possible to filter out pages that are being loaded ...

Thanks, Heather.Interesting, never thought about this. I know our desktop experience is fairly quick according to the tests we have run, but we do lag in mobile. Have you implemented the changes to the processing rules yet? Curious to see if this helped reduce the internal referrers for you. Also, what I found recently is that that traffic sent to us from Facebook (within the mobile app) seems to be sent as internal vs. direct. However, if we add tracking variables to all links posted on FB, it s...

Marketing Channels Processing Rules - Internal Traffic

For some time now I’ve been getting more than expected internal traffic in my last touch marketing channels reports. On an average week we get about 9%-10% of our traffic from ‘internal’. We do have 5 international sites (language/country specific), all of which are linked together via a footer link, and are included in our internal URL filters. But I have a hard time believing that we getting a tenth of our visitors are moving between sites. I believe I have followed best practices (screen grab...

Moderation > Social Author Profile Improvments

I have 2 features that I think would be beneficial for social author profiles: 1) Manual integration of other networks an author may be participating in. For example, if I view a profile that has tweet leading me to an author’s blog, youtube page, facebook page etc. I’d like to be manually add those into a profile so that I can see all posts/comments across all active platforms. 2) Pull in interactions with an author that are not made natively in moderation. Within moderation stream you can see ...

Better Item Selection Menu

The item selection menu used throughout social is difficult to use and can be slow at times. In most cases you have to select ‘Add Items’ and then search for the metric/listening rule or scroll through a very large list to see what you have available to use. I would propose a pop-up window similar to Analytics where you can drag and drop a metric/listening rule for the given report. Further, because there are so many metrics available in for example the custom reports, it would be good again to ...
