30% of our devices generating a new unique visitor and visit for every

Robert - I'm seeing the same thing in my Android app. It looks like the
first call is being redirected and inserting the additional parameters.
It is causing Adobe to count a new unique visitor for every tracking
call. Where you able to get this resolved?
Steve - I'm also seeing a lot of extra visits with no page views. These
visits typically include a launch, crash, and no activity time. For any
particular user and device these can happen several times per day, and
on multiple days. How can I figure out what activities are occurring
that are causing the launch/crash/visit to report but no other

with Mobile Device Type equal to Mobile Phone. None of those segments
work unless I edit them, and reset the type from Unknown to Mobile

We have reproduced the issue on several devices - Samsung GS3 & GS4,
Sony Xperia - and multiple versions of Android - 4.3, 4.4.2, 4.2.The
