Hi again,The randomization is done at the cookie level. So if you delete your cookie you’re treated as a brand new visitor. Thanks!

This would defeat the entire concept of Targeting if the user is redirected to a different website w.r.t. serving different experiences to people visiting your website. Also you can submit product enhancement ideas to the product management teams here in case you feel they are potential enhancements. Hello, Is anyone using Classification Rule Builder for paid search campaigns? I'm trying to see if it would make sense to use this instead of SAINT files to track our campaigns. If you're using Rule Builder, are you able to easily replicate the data which is available by using SAINT? Thanks!

Classification rule builder is only useful if you can extract patterns from you tracking codes. If there is no common syntax between types of tracking code then classification rule builder is not useful.I would also advise you to use regex in the classification rule builder

Hi Mattlukoff,I'd like to give you a few theoretical examples of how you can use some of the statistical functions available in Adhoc:CORREL:The correlation function could be used for testing a hypothesis such as "Does an increased time on page linearly translate into increased revenue".To test this, your metric X would be 'Avg. time on page' and metric Y would be 'Revenue' (let's assume for the moment that you've set the relevant variables in your implementation). The result can be inspected to...

Hi Matt,It depends on the structural coherence of the tracking code keys you have to work with, but Rule Builder can definitely replace manual Classifications uploads in certain circumstances. Check out the below post and sub links:http://blogs.adobe.com/digitalmarketing/analytics/adobe-analytics-classification-rule-builder-business-process/Best,Brian

Hello My Friend,Great question..!!Though I am not a Infrastructure/Server Expert but I would like to comment based on my personal experience and point of view. There are many organizations which might want to use the self-hosting implementation rather than using Akamai given in the DTM for the following possible reasons:Some organizations don't want to rely on the other services and would prefer to have things well within their control and end up opting for self-hosting.They might have their own ...

Hi Matt,Yes that functionality would be a new feature request as today all data blocks are tied to a single report suite reference OR Excel cell reference to a single report suite. I would recommend checking out the Adobe IdeaExchange and detailing a new post if that feature request does not exist yet.Best,Brian

Matt Lukoff wrote... Hello, I know this topic comes up and has been answered alot, but I've never seen it asked this way, so here goes: Can anyone explain why Success Events are better/preferred/recommended for tracking conversions than Conversion Variables? What are the limitations of *only* using Conversion Variables (Evars) for tracking a conversion? Important Question. Every new user will have this question. I would point you to read these blogs from my favorite Genious-- Sir Adam Greco and ...

Both show up, but the only a few of the canned traffic metrics show up (page views was not one of the metrics that did not show up). All of our events show up in the metrics for real time.
