It actually depends on how you want to analyze the selected data. Hit based data makes sense when you are only looking for total instances vs visit/visitor based data makes sense when you look for visit/user-based calculations in place of the total hits. Ex. If I look for the total unit sold for an item than hit based data makes sense but if I look for units sold per visit/visitor than its a different story. However, hit based clickstream data export (data feed - A defined set of parameters and v...

There never was a server-side version of the ID service. It turned out to be a wording error with on of our help documents talking about using MCID with a server-side Target implementation.I apologize for the confusion.

It is not. The integrations work on a 1:1 relationship with each solution to Experience Cloud.

Hi,Currently ad frequency capping is done through "pixeling the creative" (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/aam/c_camp_data_int.html). As for the number that would be used it depends on the operator used for recency and frequency (https://marketing.adobe.com/resources/help/en_US/aam/c_recency_frequency.html). If you want to perform an operation where a user has seen an ad for 5 or fewer times, then you would want "<=5"Thanks,Gaurang

That is correct, Method 1 and Method 2 are similar, in Method 1 you have got DTM and you can do that in DTM with few steps, without writing any code to grab customer ID/ CRM ID. So these are almost similar, and would allow you to use other functionalities, also Method 1 ensures the ID sync before Target is loaded. If you have an eVar that is capturing CRM ID and same call will have Marketing cloud ID, but still you would need AAM's ID sync, so yes you would need any one of the Methods for ID sync...

Yes, You would use a DCO tool to stich 1:1 product ads-together from various graphic elements based on what your visitors have looked at the last time (like with recommendations in Target). And then use AAM for cross device targeting, funneling, impression-capping and target high value segments based on CRM-data and past behavour. Using a DCO-tool together with a DMP gives you a powerful retargeting tool, which enables you to personalize content, up-/cross sell and change look and feel based on ...

checkout the event look up herehttps://docs.adobe.com/content/help/en/analytics/export/analytics-data-feed/data-feed-contents/datafeeds-page-event.htmlin your clickstream data column called 'page_event value'70 - Indicates a hit that includes Target Activity data. This is 70 for hits that are and are not associated with an Analytics call.
