Thanks Mamtha. I did send a test to myself and check both reports but the URL's and clicks report did not seem to update even if I run the tracking logs to update. It is just showing now.All clear and understood, cheers for your explanation!

Thanks Marcel, very helpful.Do you also know by any chance if there is a way/field that shows from which IP's the campaigns are eing sent? For example: if we have 9 dedicated IP's and I can see there's a few errors, I would like to see in which IP i'm having most issues. Thanks,C

Hi C,I guess what Florent was trying to say, is that even though the workflow runs continuously, perhaps it's something that can be solved on your side by resetting the variables, only as needed of course, every time the workflow runs, to obtain the desired results.All the best,Pablo

Whomever you are trying to send an email delivery to, that email does not exist under that particular domain, hence;[REQUEST] Adobe ---- send email to someone@someone.com[RESPONSE] Server at someone@someone USER IS UNKNOWNAdobe then places this recipient under quarantine.More info --> Adobe Campaign Help | Managing quarantines
