Hi Rahul, This also happens in Firefox, and also from first login (on a single tab). Even though Report Suite 'X' is showing in the top right for my default dashboard, the report suite in the 'View All Reports' menu shows as 'Y'. This therefore means the reports in 'My Favourites' relate to Report Suite 'Y' and not the report suite being displayed in the top right! ThanksGary

Hi, Our company has multiple Report Suites and the majority of users run Reports & Analytics in a Chrome browser. When opening the browser with the Omniture bookmark the Report Suite shown in the top right corner shows as 'X'. But when clicking on 'My Reports > View All Reports' the report suite shown to the right of the Search bar is 'Y'! So when we select a report from the My Reports list, the report suite then automatically changes to 'Y'... Has anyone else noticed report suites changing? I c...

It is odd. The recipient list in Report Builder scheduler contains my correct email address and the Sent list also shows successfully sent to my address.I will go back to our IT re: firewall etc., as if other users are still successfully receiving the same then it cannot be Omniture related. It must be related to my IP/account/firewall. The Data Warehouse files have also stopped being sent - can you confirm all possible Report Builder/Data Warehouse addresses where reports may come from? e.g. @a...

Hi Adobe power users, I am using Report Builder in Excel to schedule reports to various members of the business myself included. However, I have not received these reports since Monday 27th July! Other recipients in the business are still receiving these so I could just ask them to forward them on but that's not really a smart solution. I was the one who scheduled the reports originally so I have tried to delete and re-schedule the same using the Excel Scheduler but with no luck 😞 Are there any...

Yep sure - the reports are scheduled to send via email. The reports are only a few hundred kb each. The schedule manager shows these as 'Status : sent'. The reports are excel based but are being sent as pdfs. Thanks

Hi, I have noticed that the Scheduler function in Report Builder is no longer sending out scheduled reports. Nothing has changed in the scheduled reports, one day they just stopped working! First I checked the reports did not have an end date, which they didn't. I then tried removing them completely and re-adding them to the Scheduler. But still no reports are being sent. Has anyone had any similar problems or are there any issues with file types that anyone has found? To repeat, nothing changed...

Thanks Tanmay (I think that link was for segment compatibility?) I did extract data from datawarehouse in order to view the Visitor ID. If Visitor ID is an out of the box measure, one which we didn't alter in intial implementation, which data points does it reference as the ID appears to have many different character lengths?Gary

Hi Tanmay,We don't collect VisitorID in a conversion variable currently. We cannot see VisitorID in Reports & Analytics, it only appears in datawarehouse reports.Gary

Hi all,I am trying to understand the VisitorID data we are collecting. I extracted VisitorID data from datawarehouse to see what data is being captured. The VisitorID returned varies from 18 characters to 39 characters with an underscore separating two values (the majority of entries are 34/35/39 characters). Can you explain what these values are? Also the number of VisitorID entries returned were higher than both the Unique Visitor and Visit number for the same period, but less than the Page Vie...

Hi,Admittedly this is similar to Speed up the admin UI functions in sitecatalyst but specifically around ad-hoc reporting, especially when trying to cross analyse more than two Report Suites with segments, or trending data over time. Some of this can be cured with dashboards but ad-hoc analysis is sometimes unpredictable! In some instances ad-hoc analysis may take more than a couple of steps:- Change Report Suite- Navigate to report- Set date period(s) if required- Adjust metrics (if different fr...

Hi, I have seen this problem too and could only fix it by inserting a column in Excel to run the date through an IF/VALUE/TEXT style formula to change the formatting.
