shrink to fit need help quick - Adobe LiveCycle 02-02-2011
I have a bunch of forms with a print button, works just great. However a few peoplehave printers that are cutting off the top and bottom and they want the default to be shrink to fit since many of the users of the form are older and can't understand how to change the fit on the print dialogue box. I found in my Bible a javascript but I'm not getting it to work.click* topmostSubform.Page2.PrintButton1::click - (JavaScript, client)this.print ({bShrinkToFit: true});I couldn't find where I could con...

Forms with headers on other pages - Adobe LiveCycle 12-10-2010
I have a form designed in Livecycle. I'm wondering if when the user enters their name on the first page if that name could then be repeated on other pages at the top so they might not get separated if printed out. We hope they print front to back, but if they didn't we would want their last name to appear on page 2-4 somewhere.

Preview in LifeCycle Designer ES - Adobe LiveCycle 12-10-2010
When I try switching to the preview tab it momentarily brings up adobe acrobat professional with an error box it doesn't say error it just has a question mark in the box and an okay at the bottom right. It is a major hassle to close the form and then bring it up in Adobe Acrobat and then keep switching back and forth.

Paul the problem was solved by someone else. When I posted another post. This is the answer I got, which worked.Nothing wrong with your code.Simply go to the Row1[0] and uncheck the "Repeat Row for Each Data Item" optionNikki

Re: Help calculation Problem - Adobe LiveCycle 28-09-2009
Marcel, Thank you so much for your help, both you and the previous forum were so helpful. I'm self taught and just wading through the calculations. I did a registration form before that had some calculations in it, used them again, but they didn't work and then I saw all the rawdata used in the syntax. I guess I will have to study some more as last time I just would have said TotMDin = QtyMDin * 75 and it would work. Never seems to work when you are on an extremely tight deadline.Back to the stu...

Help calculation Problem - Adobe LiveCycle 28-09-2009
I have created an adobe acrobat registration form in Adobe LiveCycle. I've worked on this all day and needed to distribute today. I can not find out what the problem with my code is. TotDue is TotTour + TotMDin + TotWDin +215I was sent the attached pdf back corrected and I marked the thread answered however it seems that when the form is distributed the...

Paul, The form was great in Preview, however when distributed it comes up with an error message and the form is all messes up and all amounts are $215. Not sure how that happened. I will continue working on it.Nikki
