We are using AEM Mobile and viewing projects through the Preflight app on work iPads that are managed with Apple Configurator. All these iPads crash once AEM Preflight is launched. On personally owned iPhones and other iPads, it works fine. I'm not involved with the configuration of these iPads so wondered if there has been any other people affected by this or settings in configurator that prevent AEM Preflight from working normally before I report back to that team. The iPads that keep crashing...

One of my students has exported several .article files from InDesign. The example file is 3.3MB. She navigates to the article in AEM Mobile and 'replaces' the content with the file. It confirms the file is 3.3MB. If she then clicks to replace the file again, the sizes shoots up to over 20MB. She is concerned slow loading will affect her mark and neither of us can work out why it increases after uploading. When checking in Preflight, the article loads reasonably fast. I have a screen recording if...

I am in charge of our university account and have 50 students working on app projects. One of these student's preflight buttons has been stuck on blue for 12 hours. We have tried logging out and back in, trying different browsers. I know there have been some issues in the last day or so but unsure why she is the only student still affected.

Thanks for confirming. Hopefully, there will be plans to preview the interactivity within InDesign in the future.

Thanks. Desperately waiting for it! So there is no quick button that I should be seeing in the overlays panel to do a quick test that something works, such as looking at the transitions in a slideshow?

How do I view/preview my overlays within InDesign? I am using DPS 2015 within Adobe CC 2015 and can't see any way to check that an overlay works, once applied. Is the only option to export as an article, upload to DPS Solutions website, configure it all and then check?

I am on 10.9.4 at the moment. I will update to Yosemite tonight and report back to say if it solves the problem. Thanks for the advice.

Hi, I am having problems getting the article packager to create an article. I am only at the demo stage at the moment but when I drag the bluearticle01 folder over the app icon, nothing happens. If I move it over the app icon in the dock, I get a message saying it is not a supported file. Any advice on what I am doing wrong? I know I can use the articles already created in the demo folder but do want to know it works. Screenshots below. Thanks.
