I am creating a Segment with the container "Visitor" and date range from 01-June to 18-June.And applying the same Segment on Return Frequency Report for a different time period - 23-June to 09-July so the result says "No Data Match this Criteria"

Hi,I need to find a specific set of users for a particular period and then see if they've returned in another date range, how can I create the segment?Please HelpThanks
