Hi @AEM_Forum From AEM point of view there will not be anything special you will need to do.You need to consider the following points when moving to AWS Cloud environments:- Network configuration- Security- Choosing the right type of virtual machine- Anytype of whitelisting You can try for AEM OpenCloud as well. AEM OpenCloud is an open-source platform for running AEM on AWS. It provides an out-of-the-box solution for provisioning a highly-available AEM architecture which implements auto-scaling...

Hi Kunal, Let me summarize my understanding here. 1. I could assume Experience Fragment Template that I could call CAS API Template. But this wll house many components and references to many content fragments. How many such content fragments to be created for including like this wll be known during the Discovery phase. 2. Sling Models also achieve the objective of exposing JSON content to outside world. But it is more primitive way of exposing content, there is nothing like publishing and unpubl...

Does a responsive webapp work on a Kiosk, the way it works on a mobile device? Does a Kiosk support a browser and we could see the web pages on that browser? Thanks,Rama.

Hi @AEM_Forum,Please find my responses in bold inline to your queries1. Using Content Fragment and Editable Template, we could expose either JSON or end HTML to the Front End invoking application and if the Front End invoking application invokes JSON, it gets JSON and if it invokes HTML it gets HTML correct?Using Content Fragment and Editable template, we could expose the content as JSON and not as HTML.2. In the first case of exposing JSON, AEM components need not be integrated with HTML in AEM...

Hi Veena, Thanks a million for your elaborate responses. Kindly try to answer my last question in this thread. Everything looks similar between regular AEM and Headless AEM implementations. Then What is the difference in efforts estimation/implementation between regular AEM and Headless AEM? Your replies have really been very informative indeed. Thanks for your support. Rama.

Hi Rama,The folders are typed: the value of the sModel field specifies the type of data that can be contained in the folder.navigate to data schema > xtk:folder > data (tab) > configure list > add @model (Template)We can see model for each folder as below image. So when we create a folder of type 'workflow', its model will be 'xtkWorkflow'.We can't put any other different type into that folder. For example, we can't drag and drop workflow into data schema folder. The cursor icon will change as be...

The continuous delivery uses the same delivery instance on every execution, so the logs are appended into every time it is run. It will continue to use the same logs until a change is detected in the template which will then trigger a new delivery instance. Recurring delivery creates a new set of logs each time the delivery is executed as it is a separate delivery instance. Cheers Darren

HelloIf you already have everything needed on AEM (templates, page component(s), components), you could generate a JSON file (as an example http://localhost:4502/content/we-retail/us/en/experience.infinity.json) with the data you want to migrate placed on the AEM counterpart components. Then using the sling post servlet you could import it back the updated JSON file into AEM. It can be done using curl, for example:curl -u user:password -F:operation=import -F:contentType=json -F:replace=true -F:re...

Hi all, I see that there are three Adobe Campaign Flavors, Classic, Standard and Prime. Documentation lists the features of each of them, but does not elaborate their relative advantages/disadvantages. Things like Classic is available on cloud as well as on premises while Standard is available on cloud only. What about Prime? Kindly suggest when I should prefer Classic to Standard and vice versa. Also, since Prime is the best of both worlds, why cant I propose Prime to client all the time? Is it...

Hi, After I installed AC Server and Rich Client (V7), I am trying to set up a new instance to work with. I entered Name, DNS masks, and selected Language and hit OK button. That brings me to login window again. When I enter user name and password as "internal" (both) and hit Login button, it again goes to Instance creation window. There if I enter instance name I provided earlier, it says, it already exists. If I give a new name, it goes again in to the same loop again. I also read that I would ...
