Hi, Looks like the interface for the http get and post methods had changed in Ruby 1.9.3 and now instead of returning a pair of response and body, only the response parameter is returned. Therefore, both the http_get and http_post methods should get the body from the returned response parameter.The block performing the http call should be in http_getand in http_postEyal.

Hi, Thanks for the quick reply.We don't use the developer console for the source of record but in case we would like to look a specific room, how can we do that ? Also, the reason we mentioned the problem is that all the rooms disappear as soon as we upgraded to commercial .It worked ok before that and it was very strange it suddently disappeared - can it be that there is another issue with displaying the rooms which isn't related to the 1000 limit ? Hi, We have upgraded our account and one of our applications.after doing so, as expected, the limit on the application changed from FREE to the amount we set.But, all the rooms attached to that application had disappeared from the console.using the same code in our product, new rooms are created but still don't appear under the console.The rooms seems to function and we also tested old rooms and they are active and contain the history.It is important to us to keep the old rooms and not delete th...

Hi, We have already created another application and have rooms we would like to keep.I thought that it is possible to change the quota of existing applications.just to make sure, the only way to make a commerical application is to create it after the initial subscription fee had been placed ? The problem was that the repository URL we provided wasn't valid - by mistake the user:password part was before the "http://" and not after.Try to validate that the URL you provide is according to the format:http://USERNAME:PASS@REPOSITORY_URLWe are using apache as the webdav server.I think it would have been great if as a user i could call a specific server side method (like register r...

Hi Nikola, We Figured out the problem,Our WebDav server wasn't on the default http port.When changing it to be on the default one the file is uploaded and contains a valid recording.Before making the change, retrieving the repository information did contain the correct port information.Do you only support the default http port ?The playback still doesn't work but i have several things i want to validate.Will post back in case we weren't able to make it work.Thanks for your support.Regards,Eyal.
