Hi Jon,I currently have the link of the 2 schemas defined in the Recipients tableWhen I try to create a query with the Targeting Dimension and Filtering Dimension of Recipients, I can select the linked "Contracts" table. However, the operator field does not have the "exists" option. I am also unable to select "Contracts" as the filtering dimension.

Hi,The data I am working with requires a separate table that I have linked to the Recipients table, cus:contracts. This linked schema is required because a single Recipient can have multiple contracts tied to them with their own unique attributes. Because of this, it has been linked with a cardinality of 1-N.What is the best way to create a workflow that enables me to filter for specific contracts as well as recipient data? What targeting and filtering dimensions should I use?Do I need to use cu...

Hi, I currently have my custom table "Contact Us Submissions" linked with my Recipients table using just the "email" field as seen here: I want make sure they are linked together by "email" AND another custom attribute, "brandOwner"How would I make sure my table is linked together based on the combination of "email" and "brandOwner" attributes as reconciliation keys?

Hi, I have some workflows that run automatically on schedulers in ACS and I was trying to create a delivery that would notify users when these workflows have finished running. What would be the best way to go about this? Would I have to create an event transactional message?

I am trying to either export a PDF of one of my reports, or use the print option to save it onto my local machine as a PDF. In both cases, the report is not exporting. I am able to see my delivery report within Adobe Campaign perfectly fine, I just can't export them. When I try using the "Export > PDF file" option, I download a PDF that shows the login screen. When I try using the "Print" option, and selecting "Print to PDF," I get a PDF that shows me a 404 error.I have been able to print my repor...

I have already sent an email out to recipients and had some people open and click on links within the delivery. I now want to send a second email to people who received the email, but did not open it. Is there a way to target just these people? Do I have to create a new workflow to accomplish this?
