Hi Florent,We are using AC v6.I've been experiencing now by scheduling a delivery (hourly), based on the hour that a previous delivery was opened by the recipient. This works, but it would be more interesting to choose the hour of the day that a recipient opens all received deliveries from us.Below you can see our current query after the scheduler:I need to check if there's a way to count the times that a recipient opened a delivery for every hour of the day and than use the highest count to dyn...

Hi,Does anyone know if you can schedule a delivery in a way that it is automatically sent on the best time per individual recipient or a group of recipients, based on results (opens) from the past?Best regards,Suzanne

Is it possible receive all OOO replies (auto-reply) of recipients from a specific delivery in the mailbox of the reply-to email address, sender address or other email address? And if this is not possible, is there a way to track which recipients resulted in an OOO?

Hi J-Serge,We have a global environment, used by 140 operators. To be able to check branding, I would like to receive all deliveries that are sent in an inbox. Our 140 operators use hundreds of different templates and are able to create their own templates as well. I'm looking for a solution without affecting their way of work.Best regards,Suzanne

Is there a way to receive all deliveries that are sent out from one instance of Adobe Campaign to a specific email address without the need of adding this email address / seed address manually to every delivery? I would like to see all deliveries that are sent out globally within our company.

Hi Adhiyan,Thank you for your reply. We have an instance which is used by multiple business units world wide and we want to use this functionality only for 1 specific campaign. Our users don't have access to typology rules as they are managed by our technology department. What is the best practice then?Best regards,Suzanne

As there are lots of ways of doing things in Adobe Campaign v6, I would like to know what's the best method to exclude recipients from a second delivery, if they have already received a delivery in the last 5 days. I'm now using the following, but I'm wondering if this is correct and if it's the best way of doing it:1. Recipient delivery logs exist such as2. Status of recipient delivery logs equal to Sent3. Contact date on or after 5 days before

At the moment I'm working on a project to restructure user rights within our company. At this moment we have 5 levels of users: administrators, reporting users, standard users, advanced users and power users. And also we deal with a lot of exceptions. I would like to standardize this and get rid of the exceptions.I'm very interested in best practices of other companies. How are user rights structured within your company and does it work well for you? Please share your ideas and experiences.

I would like to create a workflow with a query that will give me an overview of the actual user rights per user including exceptions (of 170 users). I can't find a way to pull this data. Can someone help me with this?In another forum I already received this answer but unfortunately I do not think this gives me the right information:An operator can be directly connected to names rights or it will be part of an operator group which is then linked to a named right.1.Use a query activity to get all ...

Hi Linda,Thanks for your reply. Yes, I'm aware of the audit tab, but the thing is I have to know this information about 170 users and that's why I was looking for a query to do this.Best regards,Suzanne

Hi Vipul,Thank you for your quick answer! I think I did manage the steps you described, but now I'm struggling to analyse the data / look at the right columns to see the information I need. I'm not sure if you can help me with that. My knowledge about Adobe Campaign is now 8 weeks old so I'm really a beginner and discovering the database structure.Best regards,Suzanne
