I feel like you may be making this more complex than it needs to be. Instead of writing all of those IF statements, why can't you just say "if the specific selection is selected" make the subform visible. You should be able to use indexes to programatically refer to the item in the list box you need...

Look into the following things...1. Select the DataRow for the table in the hierarchy. In the OBJECT palette, select the BINDING tab. Verify that "Repeat Row for Each Data Item" is selected. Check any of the other three tabs as needed.2. Check that the subForm in which the table resides is set to "F...

I am having trouble using the Query Multiple LDAP to XML component. I have it configured right(?) in the workflow. I am trying to retrieve a couple of attributes about the user who is logged in. For now, I have a text box with an invoke button on my form to simulate the action of getting the logged ...

Using LiveCycle... I call a web service from my form that queries a database for multiple rows and outputs an XML file. To bring that XML into the form, I have it converted to a string (in the process) and written into a text field once brought into the form. I then parse through and take the inform...

I just installed Workbench ES on my personal laptop to use for developing the project I am on. The install of Acrobat Pro 8.0 (then the 8.1 update) and the install of Workbench including Designer worked fine. When I attempt to run Workbench I receive an error after a few seconds of the splash screen...

I have a requirement that the background be white ONLY when printed. I am trying to place the folowing in my prePrint event (for th...

I have a form that is all dark grey background and white captions/text fields. I have to keep it like that due to corporate compliance, but when it prints, the background must change to white and all the captions and text fields that are white must turn to black (to save ink). There are two issues h...

I have a dynamic table that adds a new row whenever the button beside it is clicked. Pretty simple. When a new row is added there are two cells (text fields) that the user is supposed to enter. One of the cells contains an OK button. When the user clicks the OK button, I would like the entire corres...
