We are in the process of integration AEM to Adobe Campaign Classic. While configuring the external account for AEM in ACC, which instance should it be? The author or the publish of AEM? I searched for this answer, none of the docs provide that information. It seems way basic but can someone shed some insights? Thanks!

Hello,I'm trying to enter a hyperlink in SMS template. I see a URL option under Personalization, when I select include option. I click on URL option:<%@ include file ='' %>I tried entering: <%@ include file ='' %>When I publish the template, I get an error. I'm suspecting the above is not correct. Any thoughts? Help?

Use case: We need to archive all email/sms communications in our Enterprise vault in an email format. We have that capability within the email delivery template, where we can check a box for Archive. But I didn't see any OOTB functionality to convert a sent SMS into an email format and also how do I archive it after it has been converted? Any help would be greatly appreciated!

Just after posting a reply, I read "Keywords are not case sensitive"! I will keep testing then.

Hi @ Ramon,That worked!!! yay...I did notice tho keyword is case sensitive. Only ALL caps words get a reply. Any ideas as to why is that? Just curious if that's standard

@Jon,Thanks for the response. I was hoping for a much better solution than creating a workflow to reply back with generic text. Thanks!

Is there a way to pass a generic sms message back to users if respond via SMS is other than standard response (STOP, QUIT, HELP)?We are handling the automated response via external account definition.
