We have successfully deployed the Adobe Marketing Cloud ID on our site. No issues encountered. I was wondering if there is somewhere a unique session ID that I can use for my Analytics implementation. I checked the cookies set by the MCID and also the visitor object, but there seems none. Is it present? At this moment we use a session based cookie that holds the session identification. Not the best, because it is limited to the domain.

Or you stick with location.href and remove ;jsession.s.pageURL = window.location.href.replace(/;jsessionid=\w{32}/g, "");Assuming the jessionid is 32 characters long.

Open API would be excellent. If not possible I would like to get more control over token usage. Assign a number of tokens to an API user instead of an enterprise number for all users. We have limit tokens and they are expensive. Therefore we need to defined a maximum for each user. But this nowhere maintained in the user interface.

I would like to see more control over token usage. Especially to assign a number of tokers to each API user instead of the entire number of tokens spread over all accounts.

I noticed this too. There is no way to select anything other than HTML or PDF. Would be great to have Excel back again as a download option.
