Need to redownload the installer for Livecycle Designer ES4. Have order# and license etc to verify (not publicly). Logging into adobe portal and clicking download from Orders per instructions in email produces ERROR. There is no public download link available that I'm ware of. The creative cloud subscription downloaded does not have a download for it.
