Thanks Adhiyan and Amit for the inputs. The template was deleted accidentally deleted from the system and was not even present in the deleted deliveries folder.. seems it was deleted 7 days before I checked. Also, importing the same template from higher env was causing issues even by renaming the internal name. So, the issue got sorted by changing the template status to 0 (i.e ideleteStatus='0' ) by running a SQL query.

Hi Jaspreet, I have the same issue. I am not able to extract to XLM element to CSV format. It would be the best if I can to extract some specific field inside that XML. Have you figured out a way to archive this? Thanks,Jason

Hi Jas,Have you tried running an export workflow? By using a scheduler, a query to retrieve the data you need, and a data extract with a file transfer activities, you can automate the exports (although it is not recommended to run workflows less than every 10 minutes.I'd recommend performing some test with this method, and see how long the workflow takes to execute (you don't want the workflow to run while its previous execution is not finished).Let me know,Florent

Hello Jaspreet,Please look at the "no longer in contact via Email" or the "no longer in contact via any channel" attribute in the nms:recipient table. This will give you the list of actual recipients who have opted out from your communication. Apply a filter on this columns and check the box as shown to have the people who have actually opted out and not just clicked the link.Regards,Adhiyan

Hi Jaspreet,Yes, your solution to generate label values from numeric values in Query expression editor (equivalent of decode SQL function) is probably enough for your need, easier and more understantable for not programmers, you are right; though it is often useful for a few values possible, otherwise it becomes quites unreadable because the Query expression editor doesn't support formatting styles (line breaks etc) so it is often misleading. So if you do it frequently, you should define the rep...

Many Thanks Jean. The portion I was missing - Declaring of the variable in Delivery. Also, the syntax I used to read the variable was incorrect. Instead of <%= vars.fileXyz %> it should be <%= variables.fileXyz %>.Its working now. Thanks a lot..

Hi,You can simply query recipients who have not generated any tracking log for that specific delivery (like recipient tracking log does not exist such as delivery = 'id of the delivery').Hope this helps,Florent

Hi Jaspreet.Kaur,The question asked here can take different paths. If you refer to the official documentation the integration between two solutions will allow you to personalize email with a dynamic image. This personalization occurs when the email is opened by the end user. So it is indeed dynamic. Then there are RECOMMENDATIONS available in Target which is equivalent to Offers in Campaign. If you wish to integrate recommendations from target into email you will have to fire a HTTP GET request f...
