Hi Arun,I'm sorry for my late respnse- the issue could be resolved easily in my case - due to the list of suites is very large- I missed to add some of them to the classification rule Thank you all for the help!Cheers,Anna

Hello,I'm trying to send messages for users that don't open my app for 30 days.However, I defined a rule but it didn't work. I put In in-app message menager:AUDIENCE- Trigger: View State equals "first screen"- Trait: Days since last use equals "30"EXPERIENCEType: Local NotificationDisplay: 1 secondI didn't find a better rule,. 😕Could someone help?
