I'm working with a client who is opposed to using Launches to update and publish future content. Instead they are creating a Live Copy of an entire site, then after editing a page (and breaking inheritance), they are manually copying/pasting the changed pages in the Live Copy to overwrite the original page in the Blueprint site because "Adobe doesn't recommend using Launches". Check to see if the component category is cq.authoring.dialog? That might be the culprit.

Ours is fixed. It was attributed to a JavaScript collision between some showing/hiding code we had in a custom component to hide options in a dialog when certain selections were made. We tracked it down by uninstalling all of our components, then one-by-one adding them back via Package Manager and testing. Once the culprit was found, we were able to use the full in-place RTE and the dialog RTE.

The Page Properties dialog either disables properties or has missing property fields depending on HOW I access the page properties...Select any page and click View Properties button. This shows a page properties dialog in the same window.Examine the tabs and fields available. In my instance, the UPLOAD THUMBNAIL button is present in this view. The path to this dialog is "/mnt/overlay/wcm/core/content/sites/properties.html?item=PATH TO MY PAGE"Select the same page and click EDIT, then "Open Prope...
