Future Dates - Adobe LiveCycle 11-04-2011
I have two calendar fields on a form. One enters the selected date in a YYYYMMDD format and I would like the second field to enter a date 50 years later so lets say field (a) says 20110411 I want field (b) to say 20610411. I've been unable to find or create a script that can do this for me. Does anyone have any sage advice?

Flowed Subforms and Page Breaks - Adobe LiveCycle 11-04-2011
Okay so I was helped on my previous issue but I consequentially created a new problem as a result of solving my problem.I have a two page form with the second page having a flowed sub form. On page 2 I have a positioned sub form then a flowed sub form and then another positioned sub form. It is saved as a dynamic pdf and the flowed subform is set up to allow page breaks within the content. However as I type information into the flowed subform the block expands downwards as it should. The problem...

Re: Text Field Continuation Blocks - Adobe LiveCycle 04-04-2011
I already had that selected and it hasn't done anything to change the situation. But I think I figured out where I've gone wrong. When I select my flowed subform the program is not activating the features in my Pagination palette.

Re: Text Field Continuation Blocks - Adobe LiveCycle 04-04-2011
Well your example and directions have provided me the solution to my problem. However, it has now created another one. The items do in fact shift downward as the block expands. The blcoks that follow afterwards are now expanding beyond the border and truncate themselves at the end of the document rather than continuing on the next page. Do you have any further wisdom on how to rectify this problem? On another note thank you for your help you have been a godsend. I really need to find a training ...

Re: Text Field Continuation Blocks - Adobe LiveCycle 04-04-2011
You are right that did make a difference. However, I now have another problem. I have text fields after the expanding blockso the expanding block continues to expand over the rest of the blocks without adjusting. So now I have all the text in the block written over the text in the other blocks.

Re: Text Field Continuation Blocks - Adobe LiveCycle 04-04-2011
Thank you for the help. I accessed the slides in the link and followed the directions with no luck. Specifically, I followed slide 3 and rather than extending to the new page it gives me the + arrow and the scroll bar on the side of the message and does not expand at all. Any clue why this may be happening?Adam

Text Field Continuation Blocks - Adobe LiveCycle 29-03-2011
On the form I am working on I have a justification block that has the potential to be paragraphs long. I'm certain it is a scripting issue which I am rather lacking in. The form is currently 2 pages long and the Justification block is on page 1. If I type in a justification and it exceeds the established space how do I arrange the form to create a 3rd page with a Justification (continued) block on the page?

Re: Master Pages & Headers and Footers - Adobe LiveCycle 17-02-2011
Thank you for the response but alas it was not what I needed. Ultimately the problem is not what to do (as I know what I need to do) but the problem is how do I get to that point to do what I need to do. My pagination tab for any of the master pages is not active (as in all the features are darkened out and nothing I can do will allow me to activate those features). There lies my confusion as to how I should proceed.

Master Pages & Headers and Footers - Adobe LiveCycle 16-02-2011
I have a two page form that I am constructing. In the footer of the first page I intend to have the word "FRONT" written in a text field and "BACK" for the second page. I have set up two master pages that I would like to associate with their respective page in design view. However, I am unable to utilize the functions in the pagination tab to associate the two master pages with the two design view pages. Any advice on what I should do or what I am doing wrong?
