Okay this works but when I input the numbers it just shows up with a M on the end.  For example, I'm typing in $5,000,000.00 and it shows up at $5,000,000.00M when I want it to do $5M.  Is there a script to do this maybe?  I forgot to mention...I guess what I'm really looking for is if someone types...

Sorry that was a typo...I meant to put Page1.header.rawValue = headerandfooter; which this works with the script that is written but when I put the presence script for the disclaimer I can't get that part to work.  It seems like one or the other script can work just not both scripts.  Unfortunately ...

This didn't work for me.  I think I may be doing to many things at once.  I got the previous script to finally work right with just putting Page1.header.presence = "headerandfooter"; on button click event but now the disclaimer won't show up by using the same line.  I'll keep working at it.

I think I have it figured out.  I try putting the pop-up in the master page and that seems to work fine, but is there a way to have it show on top of the text??  Right when the pop-up shows up it's behind some of the text in the form and it becomes hard to use.  Also is there a way to lock the text ...
