performed below actions.1. Ensured both JO and ACS are in the Same Org2.

Hi @Aks333 I see that you are trying to read the directory as shared in
the code and the data loading file is unable to pick the file from the
location as it is unable to reach until the file rather the location
gets pointed only until the directory.Were you able to sort this issue
and if not try to give the path followed by the filename to see if you
are able to read the file now.
Hi @Milan_Vucetic Thank you for the updates. Yes the restart was
performed.We were able to sort the issue by setting up the environment
variables in our system. This was more from the local system wherein the
WPP_SS_ALLOW_INSECURE was set to 1 and this helped us sort the

Hi @Aks333 Can you please let us know what type of pre processing are
you planning to perform. Is it to do with unzip or decrypt related
processing. In case if this is decryption, do you already have the
equivalent key added to the control panel. Can you help share the
preprocessing code that you were trying for which you were getting this

Hi @Manoj_Kumar_ As suggested, we did the test on the PROD and we are
now able to see the Unsubscribe option appearing on the emails.It
appears to be reputation issue in the lower environments. Thank you very

Hi Team We have recently upgraded to the build 9330 and trying to access
the upgraded instance using a newly setup VM. While trying to connect we

Hi @Marcel_Szimonisz Thank you for your quick revert. We were able to
sort the issue a while back.As you rightly said, the error in the
workflow was not letting the value to be defined to
this.dicInteractionDeliveries[nextEventRes.delivery.@id] variable. We
did below steps that helped us sort the issue. 1. Stopped the workflow -
Process real time events2. unpublished the transactional message
template3. cleansed the events that were not getting processed due to
the issue in the workflow4. republ...
Hi Team We are working on Testing the the Message Center Implementation.
During the execution of the OOTB Workflow "Processing real time events"
we are encountering below error which is halting the processing of
events. 09/01/2021 1:17:05 PM jsx JST-310000 Error while compiling
script 'nms:messageCenter.js' line 541:
this.dicInteractionDeliveries[nextEventRes.delivery.@id] is undefined.
Also we are able to see the events successfully received in the logs but
there are no corresponding deliveries...
