Its happening because of 2 arguments i.e. "start" and "-i launchpad". If we refer the Adobe Document of 6.5 In-Place Upgrade and compare difference of commands mentioned in point 2 & 3 of "Determining the correct upgrade start command", we can get actual difference. LINK

Hi,I managed to get the code to build with main com.adobe.aem uber-jar 6.2.0-SP1 nonobfuscated-apis provided core com.adobe.aem uber-jar 6.2.0-SP1 apis provided uino 6.2 dependencyAfter that I installed our main bundle successfully. Then I installed our main package but after installing the package, the file structure that starts with / doesn't appear. Only the / appears. In our production application this structure is something like :/ apps bin content etcIn the log file I see the exception "24.02.2017 10:35:06....

YOu need to rebuild your bundles for AEM 6.2. YOu cannot simply run a package for 5.6 on 6.2.

So your bundle contains all the code required to execute this webservice call? Does it include the package "com.microsoft.schemas._2003._10.serialization" as well? In that case I would assume, that the import statements for your bundle are generated incorrectly.To better diagnose the problem it would be good if you provide more data (including the package structure of your bundle and the bundle import/export statements).Jörg
