Re: Is it possible to disqualifying Target Audiences as they had interact with the Target delivered activity? - Adobe Target 22-04-2022
Hi @EugeniaFang Perhaps start with this page - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/activities/success-metrics/success-metrics.html?lang=en - as I think you could probably configure the advanced settings of what to do when a user engages with the activity. There is an option in there to remove them from the audience of the activity so that they won't see the button the next time around.

Re: User to see experience in new visit not in same visit - Adobe Target 06-04-2022
Is the above scenario on one device or multiple? If just one device, then I think you can create two activities with the same mbox (location) name with differing priority. The lower priority (1) could handle the initial request and you could have it immediately convert (success event). On the goals tab, you can set up an activity to prevent re-entry upon conversion which could allow them to qualify for the other activity on the next visit. Another idea could be to have Target return a token back...

Re: Recommendation without category - Adobe Target 06-04-2022
Hi @ganeshshlk - I am not quite following the question above. Are you trying to figure out how Target Recommendations makes a suggestion without the use of categoryId? Is the above scenario with tyres how it is currently working or how you want it to work? As a side note, I try to keep an eye on this page - https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/recommendations-faq/recommendations-faq.html?lang=en to keep up with any FAQs for recs.

Re: Using Adobe Analytics as data source for Target recommendations - entity.id match - Adobe Target 06-04-2022
This document might help https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/criteria/use-adobe-analytics-with-recommendations.html?lang=en Seems like you need to set up the products variable into Adobe Analytics.

Re: Personalized target recommendations not showing up consistently on a web page - Adobe Target 06-04-2022
A bit more information would help troubleshoot the issue. Are you seeing a network failure in the console? Any js error in the console? If those look fine, then you might want to go into the Admin panel Implementation/Debug token and see if you can look at the Adobe Target response. It should contain a trace option and specify why 0 recs are returned.

Re: adobe.target.trackEvent implementation is eluding me - Adobe Target 06-04-2022
Are you able to share a bit more information? It sounds like you are wanting to switch from A4T to using Target as the reporting source. Are you using VEC to create the activity? If so, VEC has a tool to pick a particular html element to act as your conversion event. If you are using the form builder, then you need to write some client side javascript to fire off a getOffer request with a specific name to match to the "viewed an mbox" or add "-clicked" to the getOffer request to match to the "cl...

Re: Client Services DataLayer Extension - Adobe Experience Platform 07-03-2022
Correct. It is a set of client-side js libraries for having a data layer across the site and is delivered through Launch (Tags). It is essentially like have a globally scoped (window) object across the site.

Re: Adobe Analytics through Web SDK: Phase wise migration across Sub-domains - Adobe Experience Platform 07-03-2022
We had this same concern. Started with AEP at the bottom of the page so we could make sure that events started flowing into AEP and that a unique visitor spike wasn't to be experienced. It seems like alloy will not try and generate a a new ecid if it sees that the cookies are already on the page. This works in vice versa as well. If you load alloy before visitor api, it should abort the network call and use the session generated from alloy. I thought these resources were good for walking me thro...

Re: Can we pass multiple values as mbox parameter? - Adobe Target 07-03-2022
If you are trying to exclude certain ids from showing up, then Recommendations has a param that is built for that: function targetPageParams() { return { "excludedIds": ["352", "223", "23432", "432", "553"] } } https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/target/using/recommendations/plan-implement.html?lang=en For your particular question, I don't think you need to stringify the param value since Adobe will be expecting a list (array) on both the left (param) and right (item catalog column) side. I ...

Re: Enabling on-device decisioning - Adobe Target 07-03-2022
Will you be updating to a newer version of Adobe Target as well? Or just turning on the feature? As far as I know, you can put Target in a hybrid mode where it will require that the new json file (all your activities) be present prior to relying on said json file. In the loading time, it will still make normal api calls. I have it turned on and haven't seen a negative impact to site performance but that would probably depend on your place of Adobe Target, hopefully in the head of the app, etc. H...
