Hi there, Does ACS have device information in the tracking logs (that can be seen in the UI / used for filtering etc). It's easily accessible in campaign classic: I can't see that the same is accessible in the ACS data model. I assume the data is tracked because there are reports that give device breakdowns. But can it be accessed when filtering tracking logs in workflows?Can anyone confirm? Thanks David

Hi All, My understanding is that when files are loaded (whether that be from SFTP or from local machine) a copy of the file is stored on Adobe Campaign Classic's application server. Is there a way for these files to be purged automatically (either instance wide after a period of time or through a setting in the import?) Hi All, I created a workflow template which contained a query activity, pointing to a query audience. I updated the rules within the audience in the audience section of the platform. I would expect the updates to reflect in the workflow template (and workflows created from this template).However, when I hover on the audience in the query activity it is showing the old rules. Hi All, Can anyone confirm if it is possible to use functions (the ones that can be used to manipulate data in expression editor in workflows) in ACS content blocks, with the purpose of manipulating the personalised data that is generated when email deliveries prepare.e.g. hash an email address without having to store the hashed version on the profile table. Something like: <%= Md5Digest(context.profile.email)%>That specifically doesn't work, but I'd love to hear if something similar is possible...

Hi All, Is there a way to capture "current date" on an ACS landing page. I'm looking for a way to use an acquisition type landing page, linking people to a landing page from ACS email, passing through PKey to reconcile and then capture additional data through user input fields on the landing page and map them to the profile resource...... but I'd ideally like to capture the submission date and store against a custom profile date/time column. Hi there, I've just noticed when inspecting a profile record, that they have recieved proofs.The "address" of the sending logs is an internal email address.But the sending logs of main deliveries have the profile's email address. I can also see tracking logs for the profile associated to the proof delivery. Hi All, Is there a way to access the quarantine data in Profile filters? I have created an audience and I would like to include a condition that is "not in quarantine" - so that I am not including profiles that have a quarantined email address in my initial query on a workflow. (I know they get excluded at point of send by the email delivery, but I'd rather take them out at the start). Can anyone advise what the filtering condition or advanced expression should be? Hi @Sukrity_Wadhwa, sadly not. There seems to be an issue/limitation when trying to paramaterise a field that lives on a schema more than one link beyond the profile table? As i have been mentioning, the filter works fine if you hardcode the attribute (rather than setting as a parameter). If you can have this checked with someone, that would be great.

hi @SatheeskannaK.It's 1 cardinality simple link. The link is defined on the orders custom resource as below (using specific join conditions - custom customerId field on both tables) There's no problem adding the param on an order table attribute. The filter works fine if just using orderDate for example.I hope that makes sense.

hi @SatheeskannaK. I have deleted and rebuilt and the error when publishing remains. As I mentioned, the parameter using a column from the orders table (orderDate) is fine. It's when using further linked data. Profile --> (1:N) Orders --> (1:N) Order Items (N:1) <-- Products. Could you try replicating using custom resources with this type of relationship?

hi @SatheeskannaK. Here is a screengrab. Looks ok? When compared with your example, my filter is obviously using data linked to orders.But as I said, I think the filter itself is fine as it works perfectly if I replace the parameter for productName with a hardcoded value. (whilst keeping the orderDate param)

Seems like it was because I added the value i wanted to be default at a later date.I was able to remedy by deleting all, republishing and then readding them in the correct order with default the first value (and then republish again)

It seems that the first authorized value gets set as the default... which is fine.However, I have tried to amend the order of the authorised values using the handles - but they seem to change after saving, so I'm unable to set my preferred default.
