With an MSO, only the active state can be edited.

With DPS 2015 you target a class of device. A phone is phone. For fixed sized layouts out of InDesign the layout will be scaled to fit.

Pricing is on a case by case basis, but you can count on it being very expensive. DPS is an enterprise service and has an enterprise price tag attached to it.

If the trial is active you can use it.
