Please see "Can save forms online" as I accidentally put "Can" instead of "Cant"

Hi, in my site PatientWhiz.com I want to include a sample document for potential customers to review, fill out and save.  It does not allow me to add a voice comment in comments mark up tools section and it does not allow me to save it to my desktop.  What should I do?
