At first I was getting an error message and booting me out of LiveCycle.  Then the PDF would open up but was trying to use PDF Converter Pro.  Then eventually it was greyed out and wouldn't give a PDF preview whatsoever.  I went into add/remove programs and clicked on Change to Adobe Reader 10.1.0, ...
