I've rebuilt the component using the new copies of the Adobe jars that I need to include. I've also rebuilt the external jar that wraps the web service calls using the Java version that AEM Forms 6.4 uses. Neither of those things made a difference.

Yes, Forms Workbench. What do you mean by rebuild it in the new environment? There are multiple services offered in the component but the ones that don't consume web services work fine.

Is there a way to automate removal of the notifications that stay in a user's work list after a task has deadlined? My users don't like to remove them but enjoy complaining that they exist.

If I am using the scheduleWait operation of the Wait Point service (LC ES 4), is there a way to interrupt, fast forward, or in some way end that wait state?

There were no errors related to the 'stuck' process in the server log file.I have not noticed this happening to any one particular user. With the last three times this has happened, it was a different user each time.

I would also be interested in some information about this fix.

Since I upgraded from ES2.5 to ES4 this summer, I have been running into a strange problem about once or twice a month where a user completes a task, but the task just seems to sit in limbo, doing nothing.
