Did you obtain a solution to the issue regarding the public key certificate and launching Workbench as https. I am also getting the same error and have tried all steps on the forum.

I think it is fixed. I deleted the formulas and re-entered them. I also renamed the fields to something more descriptive rather than the default assigned in the form. That seems to be working.If you are really curious a current broken copy is available at: http://www.mdt.mt.gov/publications/docs/grants/MDT-TPL-003-GRANT_APP.pdfI haven't published the updated version as I want the user to test it prior to release.

Receiving Script Error only on Reader extended PDF - Adobe LiveCycle 22-01-2013
I'm working with a user who created a Livecycle PDF. They have formulas to sum rows and columns. Everything works fine in preview mode.However the PDF starts throwing an error when I reader extend it.
