Is there anyway to integrate Clevertap with adobe campaign

Customers who have not opened our mailers even once in the Last 6 months. This is for cases where such customers have received at least 3 mailers in last 2 months

In my adobe tool i cant able to run workflow. I try to start workflow using command prompt but it showing error.Kindly find below screen shot. kindly give solution to fix this.

Is there any way to migrate campaigns from Unica Campaign to Adobe Campaign?
