The Target VEC Helper Chrome extension allows you to inject the Target Library on a page.You can find the extension in the Chrome web store here:Adobe Target VEC Helper - Chrome Web Store

This is a known issue with the Experience Cloud Debugger and is currently being investigated by our engineers. They are tracking this as CORE-32465.  There is no current timetable for a fix to be deployed for this issue though it is actively being worked on.

Our documentation has many other details around Geolocation:Geo The above comment from Jennifer has a slight typo.  The correct parameter is "?mboxOverride.browserIp=".  Jennifer should have included the "m" at the start of the parameter.

One potential work around here would be to create a dummy activity that has all these settings applied and then simply create a copy and edit the copy to customize the location (URL), audiences, etc.
