I am trying to distribute a form created in Livecycle. I have tried distributing it in LiveCycle and in Acrobat 9 but both programs crash when I click Send.  I tried disabling my antivirus software, but this didn't have any effect.  What's happening??Here is a link to the form:https://acrobat.com/#d...

Is it possible to create a form in LiveCycle that will allow people using Adobe Reader to upload a file(s) and then submit the filled out form with the attached file(s)?
