Hi androd58052764​The only way to stop a Workflow (apart from manual intervention) would be to update the required Workflow's Execution Status in some manner.Like running a query to update either 'Real status' to Suspended or 'Status'/'Execution status' to Paused within the xtk:workflow Schema:

Hi raphaelc83249955My understanding says that it is not possible to generate dynamic reports via Workflows, there aren't any explicit Workflow Activities which could allow that.I am not sure if a customized elaborated script could lead to creation of a report and then that script be included within Javascript Activity of the Workflow, but chances are very less.

Hi Danny,Exclusion cause 'Duplicate' simply means there are duplicate email addresses in your Target list and the ACS removes it to avoid duplicate emails sent to the same recipient. Hope this clarifies.

Hi cho laiw17892104,My understanding says that this sort of error is either attributed to file not being present in the directory or some scripting within the Workflow Activity which is causing some issues with initial set of Recipients and works fine thereafter.Further insights would require deeper investigation, I would request you to open a case with Support Team and this will get right direction there.

Hi cynthiea23288109​Thats not really possible.You cannot query a temporary table, this is because there won't be any valid Filtering Dimension for that Query Activity. Without a query you won't be able to select the desired value and then match it with the Delivery's additional value.

Hi juliak39390008​A Segmentation Activity might also help.Filter/Segment out records who have opened/clicked the email/SMS and generate a complement.Set the Segmentation condition for specific Delivery and let Resource Type be Profiles (profile).Then target the Recipients coming out of 'complement' with the corresponding Delivery/SMS.

Hi zacysig​Once a Workflow is created, there is no way its Template can be changed and it is not advisable as well.Even if you change the Workflow Template for the corresponding record (Workflow) within xtk:workflow Schema, it won't really map it to the new Template correctly.The new Template might not match the previous Template in terms of activities or any other configuration.
