Hi eveline8​,There is no way to directly export breakdown data in a Workflow.The only way to achieve this is to have a customized report setup by Professional Services team. You will have to check with them if its possible.A Workflow Query might allow you to fetch Tracking Logs specific to a Delivery and have corresponding Profile details retrieved as well, but it won't allow you to pull Device data along with it.This level of breakdown is available only as a part of Reports.

Hi eveline8​You could breakdown each record within a Report to check for related details.Like try pulling Tracking Indicators Report which would have metrics like Delivered, Open, Click etc. The rows within this Report would reflect different Deliveries for which the Tracking Indicators are available.Then breakdown the required record/row by Dimensions -> Device by right clicking on the specific record:Hope that helps!

Hi androd58052764​The only way to stop a Workflow (apart from manual intervention) would be to update the required Workflow's Execution Status in some manner.Like running a query to update either 'Real status' to Suspended or 'Status'/'Execution status' to Paused within the xtk:workflow Schema:

Hi @Digital B2B'er,Ideally once a Hard Bounce has been identified, the corresponding email address should be added to Quarantine List.This could be an issue which requires further verification.I have a similar issue reported by some other client as well, will be validating it once from my side.

Hi lenaf21917833​,While sending API Calls to Campaign Server, in case of unavailability of the Server, you would receive corresponding error messages.In that case, you will have to resend API Calls.If for some reason, the API message was received within Server but didn't turn out to be successful, then the Campaign (Real-Time) Server would continue to target end-user until the specified threshold of retries is achieved.

Hi eveline8​,BroadLog ID is the field/Schema which is actually responsible for identifying Delivery success to Recipients.If the recipient is being targeted multiple times for same Delivery, there is no out of the box field (corresponding to Deliveries) which could identify the specific 'Send' of that Delivery leading to an Open/Click.Even a comparison of Event Date (within Sending Logs) with approximate time of API Calls won't give a fair idea as to which API Call is responsible for the Open/Cl...

Hi raphaelc83249955My understanding says that it is not possible to generate dynamic reports via Workflows, there aren't any explicit Workflow Activities which could allow that.I am not sure if a customized elaborated script could lead to creation of a report and then that script be included within Javascript Activity of the Workflow, but chances are very less.

Hi yashdeepm7845047,Any extended Schema is actually an extension to the columns of the corresponding default Schema (in this case: trackingLogRcp).Any sort of operation to the extended columns would pertain to the default schema records.So a query performed over extended Schema (say abc:trackingLogRcp) would affect it's equivalent columns of trackingLogRcp.Kindly confirm are you experiencing any issues while performing this operation.
